★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire ….. pessima esperienza d’acquisto vendono prodotti di scarsa qualità oltre che cosa ancora più grave non riconoscono la garanzia di 2 anni prevista. Ho acquistato l’intero braccio doccia.. la copertura del soffione doccia dal quale esce l’acqua, fatta di pessimo materiale plastico, non sostiene la pressione dell’acqua. Mi reco presso il punto vendita di Rimini e mi viene sostituito il soffione con altro identico. A distanza di 2 mesi succede la stessa identica cosa. Peccato che non viene riconosciuta la garanzia…. Chissà con quale criterio!!!!! Sconsiglio vivamente quest’azienda oltre che prodotti venduti per la poca serietà nel seguire il cliente nel post vendita!!!
What can I say ... .. bad buying experience they sell poor quality products as well as what is even more serious they do not recognize the 2-year warranty provided. I purchased the entire shower arm .. the cover of the shower head from which the water comes out, made of bad plastic material, does not support the water pressure. I go to the Rimini store and the shower head is replaced with an identical one. The exact same thing happens after 2 months. Too bad that the guarantee is not recognized…. Who knows with what criterion !!!!! I strongly advise against this company as well as products sold due to the lack of seriousness in following the customer in the after sales !!!
