Ho acquistato una cassapanca in metallo, me l'hanno consegnata a casa, ma al momento di pagare mi hanno fatto uno scontrino non fiscale, dicendomi che quello fiscale me lo avrebbero dato dopo la consegna del prodotto.
Il prodotto è arrivato tramite un corriere, mi sono recato presso OBI Rimini e qui, al punto informazioni, inizialmente mi hanno dato una fattura con importo 0.
Ho obbiettato che volevo lo scontrino, ed è stato dura farmelo fare, ho dovuto minacciare l'avvocato e citare la legge, alla fine me lo hanno dato.
Non penso di tornare più nel centro OBI di Rimini.
