Mi riprometto di dare una valutazione più obiettiva se ci sarà occasione di rivolgermi ancora a questa ditta.
As a first experience it did not go well, because we were not considered and when they finally gave us an audience they left us alone to wait, until we decided to leave.
I intend to give a more objective assessment if there is occasion to turn to this company again.

Scortesi, svogliati, imprecisi.
In 3 mesi non sono stati capaci di organizzarmi un sopralluogo con un installatore.
Con un altra azienda nel giro di 3 settimane ho fatto tutto.
From my experience, concerning the purchase and installation of a pellet stove, I can say that it is the worst company I have dealt with.
Rude, listless, inaccurate.
In 3 months they have not been able to organize an inspection with an installer for me.
With another company I did it all within 3 weeks.
