★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried calling, Skyping and writing to SDA Express Courier everyday for over a week and I am yet to receive a response. Why are there so many ways to reach the company if there is no one at the other end to reply?! My package was returned to the sender because of a "problem with the address" and neither the sender nor the receiver were contacted or able to reach SDA Express Courier. Additionally the address was checked multiple times before sending the package so no one can tell what the problem with the address was. Furthermore I tracked the package and was at home waiting for it to be delivered. Not once did anyone from the company come or try to contact me during those days. Very disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On tracking it shows that they’ve delivered the pack for 4 times and that’s not true. I’ve been waiting and calling to them who told me they would reschedule another delivery. But there were no calls nor ringing my doorbell if they’ve really delivered. Now they don’t deliver anymore since they’ve delivered forth times which is not true, so I’ll have to pick it up myself. The whole process is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t even ring the bell at my house,said that I wasn’t home (not true),don’t leave the delivery note,I try to call many times and of course no one answer. I have to travel for 1h and 30 to get my pack. Worst courier service ever.
