Abbiamo deciso di riconsegnarlo il giorno dopo a casa. La mattina mi arriva una mail dove mi viene indicato l’orario di consegna, attendo tutto il giorno in casa ma non arriva il corriere. Chiamo alle 17,30 e mi viene detto che è stato richiesto un indirizzo di consegna diverso, non si sa da parte di chi dato che io non ho ricevuto alcuna chiamata. Il fatto strano è che è stato messo il cambio indirizzo, quando alla fine risulta lo stesso indirizzo di partenza. Imparate a lavorare capre Bad service, have been waiting for delivery for days. Mi viene comunicato via email di una tentata consegna mai avvenuta, poiché il destinatario - ovvero la sottoscritta - era in casa e non ha ricevuto nemmeno chiamate al numero telefonico fornito (perché chiederlo se non viene utilizzato dai corrieri per comunicare con gli utenti? Se i vostri corrieri non sanno lavorare - o non vogliono - cambiateli perché non è la prima volta che vivo un disagio che mi vede costretta a effettuare un reclamo. Reclamo che non posso fare perché il sito si blocca e il numero di telefono indicato non riconosce i numeri del brt code. È un mio diritto avere la consegna a domicilio all'ora prevista, anche in virtù del fatto che per essere presente all'orario indicato ho dovuto modificare i miei impegni quotidiani. A distanza di una settimana, mi giunge il seguente messaggio: “La consegna richiede tempi più lunghi del previsto”. Provo a chiamare il servizio clienti ed è inutile dire che non risponde nessuno. Modi sgarbati ad una semplice richiesta di ritiro,addirittura frasi come 'non muore nessuno se il pacco le arriva lunedi'. Ma dico io,la signorina si reputa in grado di determinare l'importanza di un pacco che non le appartiene,ma se pure fosse ci sono modi e modi di rivolgersi. Il contatto con i clienti è importante,e considerata la mia educazione nel rivolgermi a lei non è stato carino essere risposta in certi modi,seguita dal riaggancio del telefono in faccia. Consiglio vivamente di cambiare operatrice perchè non è idona ad avere a che fare ne con la gente educata figuriamoci con quella maleducata,come lei. Una azienda che fa solo acqua, passa il corriere e dice che non ti trova. Vai in sede ed hanno problemi. Siamo nel 2021 esistono i gruppi elettrogeni, ma dove pensano di vivere al periodo antiquato. Se non sanno fare logistica si dessero all'ippica. This morning they had a voltage problem and therefore could not respect the opening hours. A company that only makes water, passes the courier and says it can't find you. Go to the office and they have problems.
