Today is the fourth time the courier states they passed by the house and ring the belt, fourth time this is a complete lie, as I have always been home waiting for the courier but they never actually came. Very Disrespectful

Courier called but did not came, after contacting the center they told that I should go to the center to receive the parcel, and you know where the center is? 1.5 h travel from the city...
They don't even deserve one star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery experience! I waited at home for two whole days without receiving any calls or doorbells. Received only two failed emails. I can't reach the courier at all, I strongly suspect that they have no delivery at all, and forced customers to go to the headquarters far away to collect the courier.
