Tra Fiastra e Visso a 1000 m. di altitudine. Vi è una leggenda, che riporto da internet, che narra“La sua costruzione è intrisa di leggenda: si narra infatti di miracolo accaduto il 12 agosto 1359, quando i muli che stavano trasportando una statua lignea della Madonna con Bambino da Loreto al Regno di Napoli si fermarono in ginocchio dove oggi sorge il santuario, rifiutandosi di muoversi da lì. P	Pier_local_guide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sito ad oggi chiuso e in ristrutturazione, visitabile solo dall'esterno. All'esterno é ben tenuto. La visita può essere fatta in max 30 minuti. Intorno non c'è nulla. Non so se arrivare sin qui su valga la pena. Site currently closed and under renovation, only accessible from the outside. Outside it is well maintained. The visit can be done in max 30 minutes. There is nothing around. I don't know if getting up here is worth it.

Orario su Google che segnala aperto incece è tutto chiuso. Temperatura fresca di 20 gradi anche quando sul livello del mare sono 29. Beautiful but completely abandoned place. Tall grass source with no water and not even a sign with data for the renovations. Sin. Time on Google that signals open but everything is closed. Luogo di grande suggestione immerso nella natura. The Renaissance-style complex of the Sanctuary of Macereto is located in Cupi di San Severino Marche, not far from the Sibillini Mountains. A very suggestive place surrounded by nature.

Come si fa dopo 6 anni ad averlo ancora chiuso e inagibile mi chiedo ?! A chi dobbiamo l’inefficienza e l’incuria de nostro patrimonio ?! Si intravedono magnificenze , un chiostro enorme. I hadn't been here for a century. But this Sanctuary that appears in the middle of the Sibillini from a grove is an enchantment. How do you do it after 6 years to have it still closed and unusable I wonder?! To whom do we owe the inefficiency and neglect of our assets?! You can glimpse magnificence, an enormous cloister.
