Se visitata con la canoa, si può apprezzare il rumore del mare e il suo profumo invece dello scarico dei motori. Occhi e naso sono ben visibili da una determinata prospettiva, creando l’effetto illusorio di un gigante vi soprassale con il suo grosso volto. Essa può essere esplorata esclusivamente tramite barca o con dei tour guidati. It is part of the complex of caves scattered on the spur of Italy. Grotta dei Due Occhi is one of the most fascinating coves among all those seen. It essentially consists of two holes facing the sky, which recreate the appearance of a face. Eyes and nose are clearly visible from a certain perspective, creating the illusory effect of a giant standing over them with his big face. It can only be explored by boat or with guided tours.

Simili a due occhi sul soffitto della cavità, i due fori lasciano entrare i raggi del sole, accendendo la grotta di molteplici riflessi e creando particolari giochi di luci e ombre. La grotta è raggiungibile esclusivamente via mare, a nuoto, come ho fatto io, solo se siete allenati ed espertissimi in acque aperte, altrimenti è sicuramente più accessibile attraverso un pedalò o una piccola barchetta.
