N	Nausicaa Ulisse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima questa chiesa a due passi da piazza Navona. Molto piccola ma è uno scrigno affrescato da vedere. This beautiful church is a stone's throw from Piazza Navona. Very small but it is a frescoed casket to be seen.

Sicuramente più luminosa di molte altre chiese antiche che ho visto qui a Roma, è ottimamente valorizzata anche da un ordine incredibile al suo interno. Al suo interno risiedono le spoglie mortali di Charles Mellin, pittore londinese. Sicuramente da visitare nel complesso dei punti di interesse nelle vicinanze di Piazza Navona. really wonderful Church, with a use of materials, inside, really opulent and gorgeous. Surely brighter than many other ancient churches I have seen here in Rome, it is well also enhanced by an incredible order inside. Inside lie the mortal remains of Charles Mellin, London-based painter. Surely to visit the whole of the points of interest near Piazza Navona.

È presto detto: si trova proprio di fronte a Santa Maria dell’Anima, che le fa ombra per dimensioni e importanza. Merita però una menzione per la facciata adorna del travertino proveniente dal vicino stadio di Domiziano. Oggi il portone è aperto, la cancellata no. Approfitto, entro quanto basta per osservare e scattare delle foto. L’interno ha uno stile classico e vive di una luce propria, che risplende nella navata con la copertura a volte su cui si aprono due cappelle poco profonde. Uno pseudo-transetto sormontato da una cupola e il coro a terminazione rettilinea completano la pianta, semplice e armoniosa. Non sbaglio a pensare che questo luogo nasconda numerose tracce di storia e arte. The interior has a classic style and lives of its own light, which shines in the nave with the vaulted roof on which two shallow chapels open. A pseudo-transept surmounted by a dome and the choir with rectilinear termination complete the plan, simple and harmonious. I am not mistaken in thinking that this place hides numerous traces of history and art.

A	Alcione Abreu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended a mass in the late afternoon. There were few people in the church. It was wonderful, how I could feel the presence of God in this place. I don't know the priest, but his words were liberating. What a holy place.
