★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole reason we came to the Piazza Navonia was for this toy shop. There are not a lot of kid things around Rome and I wanted to make this a fun experience for my daughter and buy her something she could remember. My daughter is 4. I was highly surprised when me and my daughter were playing with 2 stuffed puppets and a man came rushing to us saying no touching! They could break. Really? They are stuffed animals. He then followed us around and was rudely talking about how she is touching everything (she was petting the animals) and then was straightening up directly behind us. ITS A TOY STORE! All she was doing was trying to pick out something she loved in the upstairs where all the stuffed animals were. Ultimately I don’t want to give my money to someone so rude to paying customers. We left without buying anything due to this. Won’t ever go back. I don’t recommend if you have small children. They just cannot understand that they cannot touch such cool stuffed animals.
