★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerk van de Vlamingen, tevens van de Vlaamse kardinaal Jan-Pieter Schotte die er begraven ligt. Voor ons als familie een bijzondere kerk. Maar voor elke katholieke Vlaming een must bij een bezoek aan Rome. Wel vooraf een afspraak (je wordt in het nederlands te woord gestaan) maken want anders kom je er niet in. Ook wij niet.
Church of the Flemish, also of the Flemish cardinal Jan-Pieter Schotte, who is buried there. For us as a family a special church. But a must for every Catholic Fleming when visiting Rome. Make an appointment in advance (you will be spoken to in Dutch) because otherwise you will not get in. Neither do we.
