★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a suitcase in Milan in July. The day after we had to pack in it and the Zipper sewing, broke completely, so it would not seal. We called the store to have them supply us a new one. We followed up 5 times, without hearing a response, as we had to leave the airport but no help provided on a 600€ suitcase!!!!. We ended up taping it together. When we went to Samsonite in Copenhagen, all that has been offered so far is 4 week repair cycle - no refund, no discount, no nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in my life I see a “flagship store” so much disconnected with the brand. It sells products which do not appear on the Samsonite website but do not sell the products which are actually present on the website.
Of course, the prices in the shop are twice those of the website.
I do not recommend.
