★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman lied to us about the material and origin of the clothes in order just to make us buy. After we bought it and we found out, they made it really really hard for us to get the refund (it was written also on the receipt that we could get it). In short bad customer service experience and especially for a shop like that. They need someone to tell them that customers should be respected and lies don't work. Of course we will not come back ever again. There are countless other shops in Milan that do a better job.
