★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large open layout store spread across several levels. The men’s floor is as expected, much smaller than the counterpart. There was a good selection of items, however, I am still waiting for them to get over the skinny jean trend and have more of a variety of slim and regular fit jeans. Some of us like to be able to sit down with out strangulation. Staff was friendly, but you actually didn’t see them too much on the men’s floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a big fans of Diesel for more than two decades, my shopping experience at Milano Flagship Shop on 16 July 2019 2:30pm was unpleasant and disappointed.
Diesel represents a symbol of fashion and top quality of jeans. I come from Hong Kong and visited countless of Diesel shops around the world, including LA, San Francesco, London, Milan, Rome, Paris, Munich, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Copenhagen. They always deliver consistent and attentive customer service, but this is not the case on 16 July 2019 with Laura Boga.
The customer service is completely unhelpful and below expectation. I have asked for W32 L34 jeans of two different style. She gave me one W32 L34 and another of W32 L32. I am a 6”3 tall guy. I believe that she didn’t have a sense of size of inner length of jean and checked carefully the size that customer asked for. The worse experience is that a “black face” was given when I asked for a clarification on the size of W32 L32 jean she passed to me. This was surprising me. Did I visit a Zara H&M or Diesel?
