★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Помимо высокого качества одежды, очень нравится отношение к клиентам. Недавно похудел, костюмы стали великоваты, приехал к ним, попросил ушить, без проблем и за символическую денежку. Через пару дней поехал забирать, попал в жуткую пробку, до их закрытия не успеваю, а завтра утром улетать. Позвонил им, что делать? Не проблема, говорят, перенесем ваши костюмы в другой наш магазин неподалёку, в Ринашенто, он до 22 работает, там и заберете. Вот все бы так работали ?
In addition to high quality clothing, I like the attitude towards customers. Recently lost weight, costumes have become too big, came to them, asked to take it, no problem and for a symbolic coin. After a couple of days I went to pick up, I got into a terrible traffic jam, I don’t have time to close them before closing, and fly away tomorrow morning. I called them what to do? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed around over a coat, first they said it was available, then it was damaged and they couldn’t sell it, then they found a replacement without the fur hood, now I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for that coat to be sent to Uk for me to wear. Terrible customer service. This rating is for the online main office not for the boutique store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service . I went inside the store and got helped by a salesperson called Luigy . I described that I wanted a blazer in particular colour . He brought the blazers (not a lot of choices in my size) so I tried them (like every customer would do). I told him that I was not a big fan of the colours and thanked him . Has I was walking out I noticed a very nice blazer so asked him if they had my size . He answered by saying "Even if it had your size you wouldn't buy it and then he looked at his colleagues and started insulting me in Italian." Worst store and worst customer service . Highly recommend for people to never go there until they change staff has it makes the brand and the boutique look very bad . Horrible experience .
