★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio una premessa la mia recensione e negava nei confronti di tutti 3 i punti su Piacenza.
Sono stato un cliente per circa vent’anni, ma negli ultimi 3 anni mi sono trovato malissimo in tutti i 3 punti vendita quello che mi e successo circa un mese fa è inaccettabile e mi ci vorrebbe troppo tempo per spiegarlo in una recensione ma se qualcuno del gruppo salmoiraghi è vigano fosse interessato a saperlo può pure contattarmi.
A gli utenti invece dico fate MOLTA ATTENZIONE quando fate un acquisto e alle garanzie che offrono.
I make a premise my review and denied against all 3 points on Piacenza.
I have been a customer for about twenty years, but in the last 3 years I have found myself very bad in all 3 stores what happened to me about a month ago is unacceptable and it would take me too long to explain it in a review but if someone of the salmoiraghi and vigano group if you are interested in knowing, you can also contact me.
To users, on the other hand, I say BE VERY CAREFUL when making a purchase and the guarantees they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, purtroppo i tempi di consegna non sono attendibili, sono quasi dieci giorni che sollecito il ritiro di un paio di occhiali ai quali ho sostituito le lenti, ogni volta mi viene detto che sono in lavorazione di provare a chiamare il giorno dopo. Per fortuna che avevo chiesto un piacere di anticipare la consegna di un giorno o due, in reltà sono ancora senza occhiali, non si trattano così i clienti storici. Molto male

Friendly staff, unfortunately the delivery times are not reliable, I have been asking for the collection of a pair of glasses from which I have replaced the lenses for almost ten days, every time I am told that they are in the works to try to call the next day. Luckily I had asked for a pleasure to bring forward the delivery by a day or two, in reality I am still without glasses, this is not the way to treat historical customers. Very bad
