Molto attenta e cortese la visita oculistica per verificare la gradazione delle lenti. Ottimo negozio. m	margherita mariuzzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in quest’ottica durante un momento di disagio dovuto dal fatto che, trovatami per improvvisi motivi personali lontana dalla mia residenza, non avevo con me le lenti a contatto giornaliere. Ho chiesto alla ragazza se avessero le lenti che uso di consueto e mi è stato risposto che avrebbe dovuto ordinarle ma che sono lenti comuni che avrei potuto facilmente trovare in altri ottici… strano. Ho gentilmente chiesto se allora fosse possibile avere un campione di lenti della mia gradazione dal momento che non vedo neanche a 1 metro di distanza senza e un’ottica dovrebbe sapere che questo può comportare disagio e pericolo. Risposta “non posso esaudire tutti i tuoi desideri”. L’arroganza di questa, mi auguro, dipendente e non proprietaria, ci ha messo a disagio ma ho gentilmente ringraziato e mi sono recata in un’altra ottica che li ha facilmente saputi esaudire. I asked the girl if they had the lenses I usually use and was told that she should have ordered them but that they are common lenses that I could have easily found in other opticians… strange. I politely asked if it was then possible to have a sample of lenses of my strength since I can't see even 1 meter away without it and an optician should know that this can cause discomfort and danger. Answer “I cannot grant all your wishes”. The arrogance of this, I hope, employee and non-owner, made us uncomfortable but I kindly thanked them and went to another perspective that easily knew how to fulfill them.
