Grande disponibilità e attenzione al cliente anche come contatti e avvisi sullo stato dell'ordine! Sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito dalla disponibilità, dalla qualità del prodotto ad un prezzo molto onesto e con una consegna molto rapida! Consiglio vivamente!

Professional, creative and helpful. We ordered the delivery of a bouquet of flowers from Sardinia for the birthday of my aunt who lives in Friuli. Communication via whatsapp was clear, simple and fast. The large bouquet of flowers, beautiful and colorful as requested, surprised the birthday girl and pleased us. Also recommended for remote surprises! ?

I found it extremely difficult to arrange a flower arrangement order for a very dear family member of mine. It also didn't help that I am currently on the other side of the world, 8 hours behind local time in Italy, and finding that every other local florist was either closed or on vacation. I reached out to Paola, and in no time at all she helped direct me on how to order, so she could full-fill my request. Highly recommend her and her team to anybody looking for a florist with refreshing ideas, fresh flowers, prompt service, who is reliable and very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks again Paola, you made my last minute worry pass so easily. It made it easier knowing that you were the one who delivered this special person, this amazing arrangement on my behalf. It was was unfortunate due to the current climate and pandemic worldwide that I couldn't travel back to Italy this year. Thanks again for making it so easy and your personalised service. Although we knew what type of flowers we were looking for, she offered some helpful suggestions, put together a beautiful boutique and sent us pictures. We were extremely pleased with her arrangement and how helpful and pleasant she was; she ensured the flowers were delivered as promised. It was a positive experience and I would highly recommend this florist.
