★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendere la linea e' sempre un problema, spesso ti rispondono in tono seccato...non ne parliamo se si chiede un appuntamento urgente. Gestione da rivedere al piu presto.
Taking the line is always a problem, they often reply in an annoyed tone ... we don't talk about it if you ask for an urgent appointment. Management to be reviewed soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da tutto il pomeriggio... come ogni volta... non risponde nessuno provato 7 volte al limite dei 6 minuti e dopo cade la linea... ma sti medici potranno assumere 2 segretarie in più visto tutti i soldi che prendono con le nostre tasse? Una vergogna!
From all afternoon ... as every time ... no one answers tried 7 times to the limit of 6 minutes and after the line drops ... but doctors can hire 2 more secretaries having seen all the money they take with our taxes? A shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa nuova concezione di studio medico non mi piace per niente.
Per le malattie da comunicare al lavoro (quindi abbastanza tempestivamente) mi è successo più volte di chiamare per richiedere una visita con il mio medico e l'appuntamento mi viene dato due/tre giorni dopo. I tempi di attesa degli appuntamenti sono veramente lunghi. L'appuntamento è alle 15 (esempio) mi sono trovato ad entrare alle 16.
Molte volte quando chiamo non rispondono, devo aspettare un po' e richiamare.
L'idea di avere tutti i medici in un unico punto non sarebbe sbagliata, probabilmente è gestito male
I don't like this new concept of medical practice.
For the diseases to be communicated at work (therefore quite promptly) I have repeatedly called to request a visit with my doctor and the appointment is given to me two / three days later. The waiting times for appointments are really long. The appointment is at 3 pm (example) I found myself entering at 4 pm.
Many times when I call they don't answer, I have to wait a bit and call back.
The idea of having all the doctors in one place would not be wrong, it is probably poorly managed

Competent doctors, welcoming environment. I would like to express a positive comment for the secretaries: available, direct, professional, kind, always willing to listen to the person and to understand the needs by satisfying their requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro alle 8.00 perché devo andare al lavoro il prima possibile, chiedo appuntamento con il medico e vengo fatto accomodare.
Mi passano tre persone, chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che verrò chiamato.
Mi passano altre due persone, chiedo nuovamente spiegazioni e mi chiedono di prendere un nuovo biglietto perché non ero in lista... Ore 9.20... sono le 10.00 e sto ancora aspettando la chiamata mentre altre persone entrano...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not an urgent care clinic. It is a clinic with family physicians, optometrist and few other specialists u see by appointment. There is a pharmacy on site. There is also a small cafe on site that always seems to b closed when i visit. It is a new building with a spacious elevator and check in for a chat with the secretary or your appointment is automated. The waiting room is large and wait times are normally short. The parking lot is too small.
