A partire dalle ragazze che si occupano del front-office, peraltro mansione non facile a contatto con il cliente, sempre dedite alla cortesia e alla disponibilità negli appuntamenti anche all'ultimo minuto. Un Ringraziamento va alle infermiere che svolgono i tamponi per la delicatezza e la professionalità .

Il personale di sportello l'ho trovato super gentile, anche nei confronti di quei clienti poco pazienti e maleducati che erano davanti a me. Friendly and helpful staff. Super fast service. I called in the middle of the pandemic for 2 swabs and they set me up for the same morning. I found the counter staff super nice, even towards those unpatient and rude customers who were in front of me.

Poi 2 min ero dentro non mi ha guardato nulla neache fatto qualcosa solo 2 secondi tac mi ha dato il foglio del trattamento della cura e per quello o pagato 103€ vergogna siete. Mi hanno fatto più in ospedale di Latisana prelievo del sangue e una flebo una puntura mi hanno fatto all'pronto soccorso di Latisana che era normale compito vostro però chiedere 103€ vergognoso siete. A partire dalle ragazze che si occupano del front-office, peraltro mansione non facile a contatto con il cliente, sempre dedite alla cortesia e alla disponibilità negli appuntamenti, nonostante la mole importante di lavoro, per continuare con infermiere e medici competenti e gentili. Ci tengo a ringraziare tanto in particolare Petra ed Elisabetta, professioniste e persone che si dedicano con passione alla loro professione. Molto comodo come posizione, ma anche come orari. Il personale è super gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Mi è capitato di affidarmi a loro per diverse visite specialistiche e mi hanno trovato disponibilità in breve tempo con specialisti scrupolosi ed attenti. Ho chiamato spiegando che era urgente la mia visita e nel giro di una settimana mi hanno fissato L’ appuntamento. Ho trovato molta gentilezza alla reception, organizzazione e soprattutto professionalità. Che dire , ritornerò sicuramente! ?? In segreteria, le impiegate sono state sempre molto gentili e disponibili a venire incontro ai miei orari di lavoro per organizzare gli appuntamenti. Nell'ambulatorio, il personale addetto è stato puntuale e "delicato".. Qualora avessi bisogno di visite specialistiche terrò in considerazione questa struttura!
