Le informazioni fornite dal personale sono poco chiare, contradditorie e cambiano a secondo della persona che risponde.Non offre alcuna garanzia di serietà.Inoltre 2 ore prima di venire con la badante mandono una email in cui comunicano che non possono pù venire....due ore prima...e con email (neppure hanno avuto la decenza di chiamare per telefono). Se avete bisogno di una badante, per la mia esperienza peggio di cosi non è possibile capitare.
Bad service and little seriousness. The information provided by the staff is unclear, contradictory and changes according to the person who responds. It does not offer any guarantee of seriousness. In addition, 2 hours before coming with the caregiver they send an email in which they communicate that they cannot come .... two hours earlier ... and by email (they didn't even have the decency to call by phone). If you need a caregiver, in my experience it is not possible to get worse than this.
