Fatto lo stesso servizio a pagamento in altre strutture molto più rapide Bad covid swab service, 90 euros to perform the molecular test, 48 hours to get the answer and after 48 hours nothing comes. Made the same paid service in other much faster establishments

Si parla molto di privacy, si firmano documenti per tutelarla e poi all'accettazione l'impiegata chiama per cognome, non lo trovo corretto, non va bene e a me non piace, con altra gente presente far sapere a tutti chi siamo. Trovate un sistema diverso, coi numeri. Il servizio di refertazione online invece è ottimo, veloce, facile da consultare anche per i meno esperti. Da modificare la zona dove si fanno i prelievi, spero sia una sistemazione momentanea, non è un bel modo per accogliere pazienti in una specie di magazzino, freddo, con dei paravento che nascondono,un ambulatorio chiuso sarebbe ideale.
