Paid €180 for the Rapid PCR test. The booking online was easy and we appreciated that it was in English as well. The test itself was very fast - were arrived, were tested and left in just a few minutes. The results came to us by email in 25 hours.

Online registration was clear, direct, fast, and accurate. On the day of the test I received a reminder email about an hour before my scheduled appointment time, and the test area was clean, reception was polite and fast, and the technician giving the test was excellent. Excellent!

I was very impressed by the service overall. Professional, prompt and very friendly. The scheduled appointment time was spot on to the minute. Results came back very quickly. A truly positive experience - highly recommended.

We were assured that we would get the results of the COVID test before 0900 on the following day. We have still not received the results and there is no person available to communicate with. We have tried telephone and emails. For €155 per person, I would expect better communication. Per your website, email, in person communication, and response to this, you state: Sampling Saturday β†’ Answer via email by Sunday 9:00 You also state that I must understand that Sunday is a Holiday and that is why there is no communication but you respond to this negative review on a Sunday. There is also no email to the customer indicating any delays by the laboratory. The only email received from your organization was to post a review, and that is what we did. There is still no email at 1045. And now I am required to spend another €100 for a test with a provider I can trust to have results to me in time.
