★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a totally different experience from the ones described by the negative reviews. I had an emergency and I had to deal with the "prelievi" department. All of the personnel was etremely kind and understanding. I explained my situaiton and that I was in shortage of time and all of them did as much as they could to help out and speed up the process. If they couldn't answer directly they would enquire for me until they could reach a conclusion. I really appreciate your help, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience with the emergency room, we waited 6 hours to be checked out. Then another 2-3 hours just for blood results. They were a little rough and I was in a lot of pain. And after we got feed up and we wanted yo go we still had yo wait for the doctor to give the order!!! I am livid! So not worth the time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it lower I would, this place is a joke, waited over 24 hours for results, doctors and nurses are ignorant and rude. I went 24 hours without eating while they let me starve because of their ignorance. All I can say is do not waste your time here because I would have rather ended up dying than to be seen at this hospital ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it a 0 I would. my Spouse waited for 8 hours to get a covid test and the doctors and nurses ignore him completly and let other people that came after go first.They are really discriminating and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your American and your looking for neurology and have trouble getting the confirmation email that gives you directions from Tricare like I did just know that it’s is in building B and the 2nd floor. There is a little waiting room and you just wait for the doctor to come out and get you. We saw Dr.Gelli for my 6y daughters headaches and he was very good! I had trouble finding a parking spot but I’m sure that was do to my extreme anxiety of just moving to a new country and driving here. We ended up parking at lidi and just walking to the hospital.
