M	Macpink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un paio di occhiali da sole per cambiare i filtri.ho chiesto intanto un preventivo ma mi hanno fatto arrivare i filtri come se li avessi ordinati.fortunatamente il prezzo mi garbava quindi ho accettato il "preventivo".al momento della sostituzione dei filtri l'operatore in evidente difficoltà con il lavoro e forzando sulla montatura mi diceva che bisognava portare l occhiale in laboratorio.dopo un paio di giorni mi chiamano per il ritiro ma alla prima giornata di sole vado per mettere gli occhiali e si spezzano tra le mani!torno da loro per chiarimenti visto che l occhiale pur non essendo nuovo era buono. non hanno voluto sapere niente. La risposta è stata che l occhiale era vecchio. sto pensando di rivolgermi ad un associazione consumatori.....nel frattempo SCONSIGLIO! Non ho mai avuto nessun tipo di problema,ne con occhiali da vista e nemmeno quelli da sole. La cortesia e la disponibilità delle ragazze non ha eguali. Per non parlare della bravura..perché parlare con una persona, spiegando il genere di occhiale che vorresti e nel giro di 10 min ritrovarselo tra le mani è BRAVURA ?? . Peccato mettere solo 5 stelle, ne meriterebbero il doppio ad occhi chiusi. I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years and will continue to buy from them. I have never had any kind of problem, neither with eyeglasses nor with sunglasses. The courtesy and availability of the girls is unmatched. Not to mention the skill .. because talking to a person, explaining the kind of glasses you would like and within 10 minutes finding it in your hands is BRAVURA ??. Too bad to put only 5 stars, they deserve double it with their eyes closed.
