★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luigi, was great!! Very helpful. We rented a car through them to go to Alberobello. ( leave as early as u can. It is a 4 hour drive. Regardless what goole tells u) the drive is easy though )The car rental experience was great. It was a little far from our appt like 17 minutes walk but doable. The price was reasonable. I accidentally bought a limited milage rate. But he adjusted it for extra money. It was not bad. He kept his office open a little late to wait for us since we got stuck k in traffic. Then he dropped us home too. We could not be happier with this place.

The owner is helpful and does everything possible to make us feel safe, he also gave us the opportunity to bring us back to the train station for free.
Photos of the car are taken and are sent with the contract by e-mail.
An e-mail is sent as well to confirm the return of the deposit.
We succeed to understand each other but contact could be easier if english was spoken.
