★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disorganizzazione totale... prenoti sul sito e dopo qualche minuto ti annullano la prenotazione perche' dicono che "il sito non e' aggiornato". il bello e' che non si scusano nemmeno!!
total disorganization ... you book on the site and after a few minutes they cancel your booking because they say that "the site is not up to date". the beauty is that they don't even apologize !!

We rented a scooter for 4 days in August 2019. Everything was ok, the vehicle was in excellent condition and we didn't have any problems. Staff present 24 h. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco seri. Dopo aver telefonato è chiesto la disponibilità di uno scooter mi danno un orario per ritirarlo. Dopo aver fatto 50 km per arrivare a Salerno, lo scooter è dal meccanico.....e non ce ne sono altri disponibili.
Ogni altro commento è superfluo.
Not very serious. After calling, the availability of a scooter is requested, they give me a timetable to pick it up. After doing 50 km to get to Salerno, the scooter is from the mechanic ..... and there are no others available.
Any other comment is superfluous.

Grazie myscooterent abbiamo passato una giornata incredibile alla costiera Amalfitana. Anche alla riconsegna la pratica è stata chiusa velocemente e senza problemi. Consiglio a tutti.
We recently rented a scooter, along with my wife, at myscooterent Salerno. The staff was extremely courteous and speedy in delivery. Thanks myscooterent we spent an incredible day at the Amalfi coast. Also at the redelivery the case was closed quickly and without problems. I recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we went there to rent a scooter, this was the only place that accepted cash as a deposit without having to give your credit card info. The guy was super friendly and took the time to explain to us everything. After he saw that we weren’t comfortable enough to ride the scooter especially that the coast roads were narrow, he advised us not to take the risk and gave us a full refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To avoid !! We arrived early and they said they had a "management problem" and couldn't give us the scooter until 9 PM, so our scooter plan for the day was cancelled. We ended up cancelling everything and they didnt give us the money we deposited back although they said they would. Really bad service and the client is talked to in a bad way too.
