★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato due motorini per una settimana, uno dei quali un paio di volte, dopo viaggi di 40\45 minuti, se spento non ripartiva per un'oretta almeno. Ci è stato detto, solo a posteriori, che era normale e quel motorino l'aveva già fatto e che l'unica soluzione sarebbe stata aspettare,casuandoci disagio. Alla restituzione non solo non abbiamo ricevuto sconti per l'accaduto, ma ci hanno chiesto anche 20 euro in più per il pieno dei motorini (anche questa informazione non ce l'avevano detta) quando il prezzo per i due pieni sarebbe stato inferiore a 15 euro.
 We rented two mopeds for a week, one of which a couple of times, after 40/45 minute journeys, if turned off it would not leave for at least an hour. We were told, only in retrospect, that it was normal and that moped had already done it and that the only solution would be to wait, in case of discomfort. Upon return, not only did we not receive any discounts for what had happened, but they also asked us for an extra 20 euros for a full tank of scooters (they didn't tell us this information too) when the price for the two full ones would have been less than 15 EUR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent an 125 cc scooter from Rentincosta. They delivered to our B&B for no charge and also they did a small discount from €55 to €50. If you want to move freely on the coast and to find parking anywhere, you have to rent a scooter, the best choice. Thank you Rentincosta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only bad experience on our otherwise wonderful holiday across Italy.
We have rented scooters in many places before but never came across such a bad standard.
First the owner responded to my email with a quote of 200 euros for a 2 day rental. When I asked for a lower fee as his website states very different prices he didnt't care to respond anymore.
OK, we thought it might just be a language problem so called him up as we got to the Amalfi coast and he agreed on 130 euros for a 3 day rental.
So we are about to pay and he tries to charge 160 euros. We refused of course.
Then we rode to the village center (maybe a mile) and back and the fuel gauge suddenly showed half an empty tank.
The next day was the worst time I have ever had on a scooter, and we truly love that experience in Italy.
The scooter was old - 22000km, the foot rests for the passenger were so worn that I kept slipping and was terrified.
The supensions were also completely worn. My neck and my head were quickly hurting badly from the hard hits the scooter took on the bumpy roads.
I was in quite a state when we got to Positano (30km).
So we called him and asked if we could return the scooter and get a refund for the remaining day. He said no and that it wasn't his problem that we are unhappy with the scooter.
The next morning one of his employees came to our B&B and tried to pick up the scooter. Seriously! So no refund but he wanted the scooter back early anyway.
The guy would not stop arguing with us.
In the end we had to leave to get away from him.
No refund of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only rental in the world where one day is not 24hs... You only have from 9AM till 8PM. I've rent my scooter at 1PM and they still charged me one full day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a scooter for a day and everything was perfect. The woman at the office was really kind with us. The scooter was in good conditions. We did Amalfi and Positano in the same day for only 2,3€ petrol. Best way to visit the coast, avoid traffic jam and expensive parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a scooter and everything was as expected. The man serving us came across slightly abrupt at first but i think he meant well.
We hired the scooter for 5 days but he was kind enough to give us the first evening for free.
From reading previous reviews I ensured I read the contract before signing anything (as you should). Everything was fine and turned out to be very straight forward and easy.
*You will need a driving license and a credit card incase they need to charge you for anything afterwards (damage, parking/driving fines etc) Debit card is no good so credit card only.*
Would use this company again.
