d	david duffy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liars and a horrible company! We were first told tickets are normally €21 for entry, they are €17. We were told there would be max 10 on the tour we were 14. The tour was supposed to start at 3, after we waited from 2.30, it started at 3.30. We waited again at entry, so only entered at 4. It was to be a 2 hour tour, it finsihed at 5 so just about 1 hour! Skipped all of the art rooms, and skimmed the rest of the pieces... Were lied to about our refund claiming tte tickets were already bought so we couldn't get a refund.. They weren't... Everything about this experience was horrible. Don't use this company, unless you want to run around the vatican.. Get an audio guide, and take your time.
C	Charlotte De Mey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the Vatican museum tour with entrance to the Saint Peter’s Church. Very interesting and elaborate tour. Great that you can skip the lines. Guide was a really nice guy, well informed, inspiring and even quite funny. Tour of the Vatican museum took almost three hours.
A	A L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mario was amazing! Get ready for a great tour with a knowledgeable tour guide. Mario has clear English, good pace (not fast, we had elderly people in our group and they were able to finish the whole tour with us without complaining), and he is funny (you'll hear many jokes --some sexist-- about Mario's wife and his mother in-law). Moreover, our tour was supposed to be around 2 hours for 57euros. The Sistine chapel doors from inside the museum were closed so Mario decided to extend our tour to 3.5 hours just so we won't go outside in the sun. He showed us more things in the museum and old Pope's rooms and such. Can't beat that... Good job man! Keep it up. I'd come to your tour again.
K	Ksenia Parkhatskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience and company. Don't use it. We were lied few times. Tour is €45 per lesson for 2.5h excursion (lie) . The ticket to museum we were told is 21 euro (which is agotador 17 as we going later). We came at 2.30pm and the tour supposed to start at 3pm(lie). There were 12 people. But we didn't stay till 3.30pm for we were waiting for more people!? At that point we asked for refund, we didn't want to wait more. But we were told that they can refund only part of it, they keep the 21 euro for the tickets to museum that they already bought (lie). We walked 20 min to museum, waited for another 2 people again!? And only than were the tickets bought! The tour was only 1h, running through galleries. Horrible. Wish we read the reviews. Save money, go by yourself.
f	fefife pj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite expensive and too fast. 50 euro each comparing with 22 euros of official entry ticket. We spent the visit running after the guide trying to not miss the explanations, but radios were bad, guide fast and museum very crowded. Egyptian room was completely skipped as well as Etruschi one and Raffaello one. The one we went room explanations were too short and touching maybe 20% of what was in the rooms.

Mrs Brygida's Polish guide is very polite with extensive knowledge of the Vatican and its history. A lot of tourists, but that's how it is in such places. I assess adventure positively, I recommend it.
