★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, helpful, both the lovely lady who I dealt with on the phone (and realising how poor our phone signal is gave me a mobile number so we could WhatsApp to her a pin for our almost impossible-to-find address)...and then the two service chaps were super efficient and quick workers and got my Miele fridge going again. And they were super sweet with my young dog who kept pestering them. Delighted to know of these folks. I shall use again if I need them and highly recommend them.
Molto cordiali, disponibili, sia l'adorabile signora con cui ho avuto a che fare al telefono (e rendendomi conto di quanto sia scarso il nostro segnale telefonico mi hanno dato un numero di cellulare in modo che potessimo WhatsApp a lei un pin per il nostro indirizzo quasi impossibile da trovare) .. .e poi i due ragazzi dell'assistenza sono stati dei lavoratori super efficienti e veloci e hanno rimesso in funzione il mio frigorifero Miele. Ed erano super dolci con il mio giovane cane che continuava a tormentarli. Felice di sapere di queste persone. Li userò di nuovo se ne avrò bisogno e li consiglio vivamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavastoviglie rotta, il pezzo sarebbe dovuto arrivare dopo due giorni. Chiamo dopo una settimana e mi chiedono di fotografare una copia della ricevuta lasciata dal tizio a cui abbiamo pagato i 60 euro solo per dirci che occorreva la pompa nuova....
Broken dishwasher, the part should have arrived in two days. I call after a week and they ask me to photograph a copy of the receipt left by the guy we paid the 60 euros for just to tell us we needed the new pump ....

Oltre a non svolgere bene il loro lavoro hanno causato problemi ad altri elettrodomestici collegati al prodotto manutenuto, sbagliando l'installazione. Ancor peggio non hanno neanche voluto saperne, scaricando completamente la responsabilità. Ti promettono di richiamare e poi spariscono.
Really bad service and nowhere near professional people. In addition to not doing their job well, they caused problems for other appliances connected to the maintained product, making the installation wrong. Even worse, they didn't even want to know, completely discharging the responsibility. They promise to call back and then disappear.
