★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per lavatrice rumorosa, tecnico arrivato, ha aperto l'oblò, toccato il cestello e ha detto:"il cestello è rotto sono 220 euro per ripararlo." 45 euro la chiamata. Ci ha messo di più a fare lo scontrino. A mio avviso per 45 euro bisogna fare anche una prova di riparazione, aprire e vedere se si può riparare l'elettrodomestico. Anche sta cosa del diritto di chiamata è disincentivante alla riparazione. Si dovrebbe fare che se non ti riparo l'elettrodomestico mi paghi il rimborso delle spese e basta (che non possono essere 45 euro!!!!). Così si guadagna di più a non ripararlo l'elettrodomestico....Non li chiamerò mai, ma mai più. Purtroppo se avessi visto i commenti degli altri non li avrei chiamati e avrei buttato l'elettrodomestico ma per una scelta ecologica cerco sempre la riparazione....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tecnico molto simpatico, purtroppo ha giusto provato ad accedere la lavastoviglie. 45 euro presi e stracciati.
Dopo le incomprensioni iniziali, hanno ritirato la macchina per ispezionarla in maniera accurata senza farmi ripagare la chiamata. La lavastoviglie è purtroppo defunta ma ho molto apprezzato la buona fede e la volontà di rimediare. Grazie. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avevo lasciato un commento più che negativo, in relazione al modus operandi del tecnico, e dopo il chiarimento col titolare ho convenuto di modificare quanto inizialmente scritto, niente toglie che comunque al dila di quelle che sono le tariffe "imposte" a volte chi lavora nel settore assistenza debba quanto meno valutare casi come quello in cui ci siamo trovati , e sopratutto eitare quando possibile di fare avere di se e dell'azienda per cui si lavora un'immagine negativa. Considerato che ovviamente non ho avuto il piacere di avere il titolare durante l'intervento, ma un suo dipendente , ovviamente il parere viene espresso nei confronti di colui in quel momento rappresenta l'azienda. Detto ciò poi una telefonata ben accetta da parte del titolare dell'azienda ha riportato il rapporto in piu accordevoli toni, ma nulla toglie che il tecnico in questione ha agito frettolosamente e con dimostrata incompetenza

Considering that obviously I did not have the pleasure of having the owner during the intervention, but one of his employees, obviously the opinion is expressed towards the one who at that moment represents the company. Having said that then a phone call well accepted by the owner of the company reported the relationship in more pleasant tones, but there is nothing to say that the technician in question acted hastily and with demonstrated incompetence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tecnico Luca è intervenuto qualche giorno dopo la mia chiamata. Ha risolto il problema in poco tempo e visto che è stato così rapido non ha fatto come tutti gli altri tecnici (ovvero fatturare e andarsene) ma è rimasto un po’ di più per dare un’occhiata a tutti gli altri elettrodomestici e darci una consulenza sul loro utilizzo. Inoltre aveva portato un elettrodomestico di riserva da lasciarci qualora la riparazione avesse richiesto più tempo. Azienda molto seria e tecnici preparati e professionali.
The technician Luca intervened a few days after my call. He solved the problem in a short time and since he was so quick he didn't do like all the other technicians (i.e. bill and leave) but stayed a little longer to take a look at all the other appliances and give us advice on their use. He also brought a spare appliance to leave with us if the repair took longer. Very serious company and trained and professional technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati per la candeletta di un fornello che non funzionava. Nulla da dire per quanto concerne la disponibilità. Molto invece sul prezzo. 70 euro per sostituire un pezzo che costa a sì e no 15 euro. Al di là del costo della chiamata, lo ritengo eccessivo come importo. La prossima volta se si romperà farò da solo e tanto di guadagnato.
