Me l'hanno portato in assistenza (sotto garanzia) e dopo una decina di giorni il telefono si spento. Me l'hanno rimandato in assistenza e questi ultimi mi hanno detto che per riparlarlo dovevo pagare 100 euro! Per un difetto che probabilmente avevano fatto loro, dato che me l'avevano "riparato" 10 giorni prima... ne parlo con la commessa e questa si toglie tutte le responsabilità, dicendomi che lei non ci può fare niente e che se voglio avere informazioni ne devo parlare direttamente con il centro assistenza. Poi anche al telefono mi hanno parlato come se mi stessero facendo un favore... alla fine ho comprato direttamente un nuovo telefono da un'altra parte ma in quel negozio non ci metto più piede. Rude staff and 0 assistance. I bought a phone that found flaws after a few months. They brought it to me for assistance (under warranty) and after about ten days the phone turned off. They sent it back to me for assistance and the latter told me that I had to pay 100 euros to talk about it again! For a defect that they had probably made, since they had "repaired" it 10 days before ... I talk about it with the saleswoman and she takes away all responsibility, telling me that she can't do anything about it and that if I want to have information I have to speak directly with the service center. Then even on the phone they talked to me as if they were doing me a favor ... in the end I bought a new phone directly from somewhere else but I don't set foot in that shop anymore.
