Gli anni passati li trovavo dopo almeno otto volte che ci venivo,data la grande richiesta. Quest'anno stranamente ho trovato il bancale piano e ho visto anche che costava due euro in meno rispetto l'anno scorso, e allora mi sono fatto delle domande. Quest'anno lo apro e trovo una crema liquorosa al posto della crema di pistacchio che ci è sempre stata. È come la sensazione che il lato artigianale sta sparendo, per favore ritornate alla crema di pistacchio di sempre ?? M	Mattia Soverchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per l'acquisto di colombe e panettoni non penso che ci siano posti che possano vantare un miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo: spendendo quello che si spende qui nel 90% dei casi si porta a tavola prodotti pessimi con i canditi che sanno di carta, mentre se si vuole trovare qualità migliore di quella offerti da Giampaoli bisogna andare su prodotti da pasticceria ben più costosi! Ed oltre ad essere tutti buonissimi, ce ne sono anche di tantissime varietà, anche se personalmente preferisco quelli più semplici come il panburro. Molto interessante anche l'offerta relativa ai biscotti, io preferisco solitamente consumare quelli integrali, e quelli della Giampaoli sono tra i pochi marchi che compro abitualmente, perché a differenza di molti marchi famosi utilizzano veramente farina integrale, non si limitano a scriverlo a caratteri cubitali per poi utilizzarne solo piccole percentuali! Mi auguro che qualcuno in azienda abbia capito questa caduta di qualità e metta in atto un piano di azione per rimediare immediatamente. Da parte mia ci riproverò a Pasqua! Purtroppo con mia grande delusione ho riscontrato che la crema al pistacchio non è più come l'anno scorso, Cremosa e delicata,ma una sorta di liquido verdastro dal sapore di fialetta.Sono rimasta molto delusa,non credo che ci ritornerò in futuro.
