Premetto che vado spesso fuori regione alla ricerca di salumi e formaggi (grisciano amatrice.. .. ) ma non avrei mai immaginato di trovare dei prodotti così eccellenti vicino a casa.buonissimi il ciauscolo ,il Fabriano e le salsicce fresche, eccezionale la porchetta. Ottimi i formaggi tra cui il pecorino nero del monte amiata.
Discovered by chance, I was thrilled with this sausage factory. I state that I often go outside the region in search of cured meats and cheeses (grisciano amatrice .. ..) but I never imagined finding such excellent products close to home. The ciauscolo, the Fabriano and the fresh sausages are very good, the porchetta exceptional. Excellent cheeses including black pecorino from monte amiata.
