★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto la sgradevole esperienza di acquistare e assaggiare il tronchetto tenero al rhum della vostra azienda dolciaria, constatando che la dicitura "artigianale" impressa sull'incarto è totalmente fuorviante. Inutile sprecare una lavorazione artigianale quando si utilizzano ingredienti di qualità non eccelsa, utilizzando una ricetta in cui il sapore dolce è talmente esagerato da risultare stomachevole. Inoltre, la materia utilizzata nella copertura è palesemente surrogato e l'effluvio e il sapore del rhum sono completamente "sopraffatti" dal solo alcool. I diabetologi ringrazieranno...(non noi, che lo abbiamo buttato nel secchio dell'umido).
