Non erano i nostri buoni taralli pugliesi, purtroppo!!! Ed io mi chiedo perché produrre un prodotto così pessimo e esportarlo in rappresentanza delle bontà pugliesi? Perché? Ci vuole ben poco a fare buoni taralli!! Che tristezza! Chissà a quale anno risaliva o se fosse davvero olio di oliva. Ah, saperlo! I bought the "homemade artisanal" and it was impossible to eat them: a lousy (really) taste of rancid olive oil. Strano non accorgersene durante la produzione. Lo scorso anno i tarallini erano molto buoni e friabili, poi li ho trovati troppo scuri e le confezioni gonfie di aria. Tarallini with inedible dried tomatoes. Buy two packs in February, they expire at the end of August and have a very strong smell of rancid oil. Strange not to notice during production. Last year the tarallini were very good and crumbly, then I found them too dark and the packages swollen with air.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla fragranza e dal sapore piuttosto delicato di basilico e pomodoro. I bought the peasant-flavored tarallini, because the classic ones were finished.
