Personale in gamba (siamo stati serviti dalla signora Sara), preparato ed attento al dettaglio. È possibile portare con mano la qualità dei materiali, i tessuti e la consistenza delle sedute. Buone promozioni e discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Top assortment and good quality. Parking adjacent to the shop, comfortable and spacious. Smart staff (we were served by Mrs. Sara), prepared and attentive to detail. You can bring the quality of materials, fabrics and the consistency of the seats with you. Good promotions and reasonable quality / price ratio.
E	Enza Pastore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato in questo show room il divano in pelle "Elisir" e ci stiamo trovando benissimo.Innanzitutto siamo stati consigliati egregiamente dal personale che ci ha accolti amabilmente,venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze personali,poi la nostra scelta è ricaduta sul divano di cui parlavamo prima che oltre ad essere esteticamente bellissimo,è comodissimo,riposante, adatto per rilassarsi o dedicarsi alla lettura. We bought the "Elisir" leather sofa in this show room and we are having a great time. First of all we were very well advised by the staff who welcomed us kindly, meeting our personal needs, then our choice fell on the sofa we were talking about before being aesthetically beautiful, it is very comfortable, restful, suitable for relaxing or reading.

Antonio ancora sta controllando in magazzino. On the sofa nothing to say excellent product. Peccato però che il divano è arrivato con un angolo rovinato (con circa un mese di ritardo dal previsto). Il trasportatore ce lo ha lasciato dicendo che sarebbe stato sostituito ed ha avvisato il negozio. Dopo 20 giorni ci chiamano dal negozio per dirci che lo avrebbero ritirato per la riparazione e ce lo avrebbero riportato entro Natale. Cosa??? Primo, dato che i soldi li avete presi buoni e non del Monopoly è normale che io voglia un divano nuovo e non "rimediato" poi 2 mesi senza divano devo stare?!? Roba da matti. Peccato che davanti alle nostre rimostranze quella che era la gentilezza "da venditore" sia diventata una spiacevole supponenza. Per la gestione post vendita lo sconsiglio completamente. Peccato, è l'ennesima dimostrazione che il cliente è gradito prima dell'acquisto e poi diventa solo una scocciatura. A mai più. The experience was positive up to a point, nice sofas and nice and knowledgeable staff. Too bad, however, that the sofa arrived with a ruined corner (about a month later than expected). The transporter left it to us saying it would be replaced and notified the shop. After 20 days they call us from the shop to tell us they would pick it up for repair and bring it back by Christmas. Thing??? First, since you took the money good and not Monopoly it is normal that I want a new sofa and not "remedied" then 2 months without the sofa do I have to stay?!? Crazy stuff. Too bad that in the face of our complaints what was the kindness of the "seller" has become an unpleasant arrogance. For post-sales management I do not recommend it completely. Too bad, it is yet another demonstration that the customer is appreciated before the purchase and then becomes just a nuisance. To never again.

Sofas and armchairs of excellent workmanship and quality for an absolutely honest price. Exceptional designs and customer-oriented staff, very kind and knowledgeable. M	Marly Brigida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo appena stati nel punto vendita di via primo maggio in Ancona e siamo usciti immediatamente perché tutti il personale presente era senza mascherina ed inoltre uno di loro era comodamente seduto sul divano a parlare al telefono anch’egli senza mascherina . Non ci ha salutato nessuno ne tantomeno nessuno si è preoccupato di accoglierci . Se avessi pot IT o mettere 0 stelle lo avrei fatto We have just been to the store in via Primo Maggio in Ancona and we left immediately because all the staff present were without a mask and one of them was sitting comfortably on the sofa talking on the phone also without a mask. Nobody greeted us, much less nobody bothered to welcome us. If I could have IT or put 0 stars I would have done it
