I have always found myself well but it is impossible to call to make an appointment, I have been trying for days and given the situation due to the covid it would be better not to have to go physically to do it.

Ho chiesto se potevo fare alcune pratiche presso un altro CAAF visto che loro mi fanno aspettare mesi (volendo chiedere, anche se non me ne ha dato il tempo,se le documentazioni presentate da loro erano cmq valide)e mi ha detto"no io di certo non le dico di andare altrove"uno scandalo INVECE DI PORRE AL PRIMO POSTO I BISOGNI DEL CITTADINO FANNO SOLO I LORO INTERESSI
Bad you ask for information and they tell you that they can't give it
I asked if I could do some paperwork at another CAAF since they make me wait for months (wanting to ask, even if they didn't give me the time, if the documents presented by them were valid anyway) and he said "no I of certainly I am not telling you to go elsewhere "a scandal INSTEAD OF PUTTING THE NEEDS OF THE CITIZEN FIRST THEY ARE ONLY THEIR INTERESTS
