★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno sostituito un finestrino e a fine lavoro mi hanno detto che il meccanismo alzacristalli era rotto (ovviamente si era rotto da solo perché è noto a tutti che si rompono da soli).
Morale della favola: ho dovuto portare la macchina in un'officina a far cambiare il pezzo pagando 150€ e sia la filiale di Ancona che la direzione di Carglass non mi hanno voluto rimborsare.
Se potete state lontani non sono dei professionisti.
Per quanto riguarda Carglass ha perso un cliente con 3 mezzi... contenti loro...
 They replaced me with a window and at the end of the job they told me that the window lift mechanism was broken (obviously it was broken by itself because everyone knows that they break on their own).
Moral of the story: I had to take the car to a garage to change the piece for 150 € and both the Ancona branch and the management of Carglass did not want to pay me back.
If you can stay away, they are not professionals.
As for Carglass, he lost a customer with 3 vehicles ... happy with them ...

Parabrezza all'apparenza di buona qualità è soprattutto garanzia a vita sul montaggio.

Ma al primo appuntamento, il vetro nuovo è rotto e sarebbe bastato guardarci il giorno prima per avvisare il cliente. Invece, mia moglie è andata e prima di sapere che il vetro non poteva essere sostituito, tutta una discussione sul fatto che non vi è una sala di attesa (2h), per il cliente. In questo periodo di covid, l'ufficio non può essere impegnato da due persone. Allucinante quando penso.che un mese addietro in altra ditta, hanno una sala di attesa dedicata. Poi, non hanno coperto tutta la spesa perché il vetro è riscaldato.... sarà un.problema di assicurazione? Eppure, ci Sta scritto "polizza sostituzione del vetro", punto, che vorrà mai dire?
Poi, siccome non sono dietro l'angolo, chiedo alla signorina del "verde", se fosse possibile intervento a domicilio e Lei, dice che è gratuito. Ma al momento del lavoro, hanno preteso 17 euro. Non sono cifre che mi spaventano, ma in quanto a organizzazione e serietà, sono rimasto moto deluso. Prossima volta torno dall'altro. An.
