Tecnico che ha risolto il problema in un attimo. Kind, helpful and fast. I called on Monday and the technician contacted me for the appointment the next day (the next day). Technician who solved the problem in an instant.

La vite era stata sostituita ma il vapore era esattamente come prima infatti la macchina non è stata neanche aperta. The screw had been replaced but the steam was exactly as before, in fact the machine was not even opened.

Portata in riparazione una impastatrice Kenwood dopo due giorni mi chiamano per dirmi che non sono più disponibili ricambi e che non possono fare nulla se non incassare il deposito cauzionale che avevo lasciato. Mi sembrava strano per cui chiamo un altro centro assistenza che mi dice che l'impastatrice è in produzione e che tutti i ricambi sono disponibili e procede tranquillamente alla riparazione. Mi hanno letteralmente rubato i soldi... Imbarazzante. Bad ... A Kenwood mixer was brought in for repair after two days they called me to tell me that spare parts are no longer available and that they can do nothing but collect the security deposit I had left. It seemed strange to me so I call another service center that tells me that the mixer is in production and that all the spare parts are available and proceeds safely to the repair. They literally stole my money ... embarrassing.

Mi sembra strano, un robot folletto da costo di più di 600 euro... Comunque il guaio non è la mancata riparazione. Il problema è che me lo hanno restituito (dopo mesi) con la mascherina posteriore in plastica rotta. Quindi se prima funzionava, anche se la batteria durava poco, adesso è da buttare.
