Sconsiglio vivamente The worst in all of Ancona and its province .. Zero seriousness 2 and a half months to change a led strip of a refrigerator .. Not counting all the jokes. I strongly advise against

Nuovo intervento fatto oggi, la macchina non funziona nuovamente, il lavaggio si blocca dopo 6minuti, spesi altri 50€. Sulla fattura viene riportata la stessa dicitura di luglio, “deviatore di flusso” intervento fatto?: “hanno chiuso di poco il rubinetto sotto il lavandino” Per di più, al telefono ti fanno passare da pazza dicendo che l’errore che segnala la macchina non esiste sul libretto degli “errori” sono una fuori dalle righe, Si, ma questi atteggiamenti non li tollero. Pessimi! Valutazione, 0 stelle. Dishwasher out of warranty, fixed in July and already the same evening of the intervention the machine was not working, spent € 240 thrown away. New intervention made today, the machine does not work again, the washing stops after 6 minutes, spent another 50 €. The invoice shows the same wording as in July, "flow diverter" intervention done ?: "they just turned off the tap under the sink" What's more, on the phone they make you go crazy saying that the error signaling the machine does not exist in the booklet of the "errors" I am an out of line, Yes, but I do not tolerate these attitudes. Bad! Rating, 0 stars.

Le avessero acquistate su internet me le avrebbero già rivendute. Non si trattano così i clienti 3 weeks to find out if Candy has two spare hinges for an oven door ... Had they bought them on the internet they would have already resold them. You don't treat customers like that
D	Denise Giuliodori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto aspettando da due settimane che mi riparino la lavasciuga, prima il tecnico non era in zona perciò ho dovuto attendere una settimana per una prima assistenza poi ora dovrò aspettare altri 10 giorni per cambiare il pezzo. Troppo troppo tempo per riparare un elettrodomestico così fondamentale in casa. I have been waiting for two weeks for the washer-dryer to be repaired, before the technician was not in the area so I had to wait a week for an initial assistance then now I will have to wait another 10 days to change the piece. Too much time to repair such a basic household appliance.

Aspirapolvere HOOVER non funzionante, per loro invece si! è dovuto far intervenire la casa madre e indirizzarmi verso un altro centro assistenza! Tecnico e proprietario molto arroganti Technical assistance (if you can say so) to how embarrassing!
