Finché stai ordinando sono tutti carini e disponibili, dopo che hai pagato ti sputerebbero in faccia se potessero. Hanno perso i miei pezzi e mi hanno accusato di averli rubati (mi hanno dato del ladro e bugiardo e, dopo che li hanno ritrovati perché li avevano persi loro, neanche le scuse mi hanno fatto), hanno sbagliato le misure (hanno venduto rubinetti e lavandini con misure che non erano compatibili e non solo dicendo che era colpa mia che dovevo controllare, ma volevano farmi anche pagare i pezzi sbagliati perché l’idraulico li aveva montati prima di notare l’errore), non rispondevano al telefono quando c’erano problemi. Pessimo!! I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. As long as you are ordering they are all nice and helpful, after you paid they would spit in your face if they could. They lost my pieces and accused me of stealing them (they called me a thief and a liar and, after they found them because they had lost them, they didn't even apologize), they got the measurements wrong (they sold taps and sinks with measures that were not compatible and not only saying it was my fault that I had to check, but they also wanted to make me pay for the wrong parts because the plumber had fitted them before noticing the error), they did not answer the phone when they were there problems. Terrible !!

Oggi mi pare il cimitero degli elefanti... tanta tristezza nel guardare ciò che espongono e vendono. La qualità e la bellezza è altrove. Comes: once (thirty and more years ago) it was a mythical place for me to find the best. Today it seems to me the elephant cemetery ... so much sadness in looking at what they exhibit and sell. The quality and beauty is elsewhere.
