M	Mauro Rattazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuova Casa di Riposo gestita dalla società Gheron, che in Torino gestisce anche le residenze "Massimo D'Azeglio" e "Chiabrera34" e in Nichelino le "Miraflores", "Debouché" e "San Matteo", ricavata con la totale ristrutturazione dell'ex edificio Consap rimasto abbandonato per oltre un decennio in quanto affetto da una serie di problemi strutturali che avevano negli anni allontanato gli affittuari. La ristrutturazione, a cura dell'impresa Carron, ha previsto la completa demolizione di pavimenti, pareti, serramenti, controsoffitti, impianto di climatizzazione, la bonifica delle infiltrazioni nei sotterranei, l'ampliamento dei parcheggi interrati e il ripensamento totale degli spazi interni a partire dalla nuda struttura portante in cemento armato. L'edificio, di oltre 10.000 metri quadrati sui dieci piani fuori terra e due interrati, fu costruito negli anni '70 dello scorso secolo e negli anni '80 ha ospitato aziende importanti come IBM con un grande centro di calcolo, Aeritalia, un centro fitness, un ristorante self service e grandi parcheggi interrati, ed è stato oggetto di una tesi di laurea del Politecnico di Torino per le originali soluzioni progettuali. Modificato nel corso degli anni per ovviare a gravi pecche nella climatizzazione, che in inverno non riusciva a mantenere una temperatura accettabile al primo piano per insufficiente isolamento della soletta e in estate nell'intero lato sud esposto al sole per tutto l'arco della giornata, e a infiltrazioni d'acqua negli interrati che rendevano inutilizzabili i locali sotterranei. Modified over the years to remedy serious flaws in air conditioning, which in winter could not maintain an acceptable temperature on the first floor due to insufficient insulation of the slab and in summer on the entire south side exposed to the sun all day long, and water infiltrations in the basements that made the underground rooms unusable.

Abbiamo portato nostro nonno, lui è molto felice e ha legato con alcuni Oss che lo trattano come a casa. Non si lamenta più per il cibo. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti. Qualified personnel.
