r	roberto siciliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima: abbiamo portato mia mamma, malata di alzheimer e totalmente dipendente, all'ingresso dopo una visita accurata da parte di una infermiera ci viene illustrato il percorso che verrà adottato; ginnastica fisioterapica la mattina e controllo della persona in qualsiasi momento. Dopo diverse visite da parte mia e dei miei familiari abbiamo notato che mia mamma dopo la sveglia mattutina, dove non sappiamo cosa abbiano fatto, veniva seduta sulla propria sedia a rotelle e veniva lasciata lì sopra tutto il giorno; si le davano da mangiare e tutte le volte alla fine il volto era spesso sporco di cibo, per non parlare delle mani che emanavano sempre un cattivo odore. In questa struttura i pazienti non autosufficienti vengono lasciati tutto il santo giorno sulla sedia a rotelle davanti alla televisione, il vestiario che vi è lasciato viene etichettato in maniera blanda e i residenti subiscono scambi di vestiario comprese le bavette usate per mangiare. Spero di non aver più bisogno di strutture simili e sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di portarci i propri parenti............ Very bad experience: we brought my mum, a sick of Alzheimer's and totally dependent, upon entering after a thorough examination by a nurse we are shown the path that will be adopted; physiotherapy exercises in the morning and the person monitoring at all times. After several visits by me and my family have noticed that my mom after the wake-up call, where we do not know what they did, was sitting on his wheelchair and was left up there all day; they fed her and every time the face was often dirty with food, not to mention the hands that always gave off a bad smell. In this structure, non-self-sufficient patients are left in the wheelchair in front of the television for the whole day, the clothing left behind is labeled in a bland manner and the residents are exchanged for clothing, including bibs used for eating. I hope I no longer need similar facilities and I strongly advise them against bringing their relatives ............
P	Paolo C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso solo dire che ho visto mia madre spegnersi li dentro, ma no per colpa del personale ma per la causa della salute di mia mamma, ..per quando riguarda il personale posso dire solo grazie per tutto quello che avete potuto fare. ..ancora grazie e ricordatevi sempre che la vostra è una missione oltre che uno stipendio.. I can only say that I saw my mother go out in there, but no because of the staff but because of my mom's health, .. as for the staff I can only say thank you for all you have been able to do. .. thanks again and always remember that yours is a mission as well as a salary ..

La nostra parente è ospitata all'interno del nucleo Po : gli ambienti sono molto luminosi, accoglienti e curati nei particolari. Noi frequentiamo la struttura tutti i giorni, più volte al giorno e possiamo dire che l'atmosfera che si respira è molto simile a quella della propria casa. Il personale che opera nella residenza, a partire dalla direzione, è estremamente preparato e disponibile. In passato non sono mancati episodi di incomprensione che, in alcune circostanze, hanno suscitato nervosismo, ma va sottolineato l'approccio della direzione sempre impegnato verso il miglioramento del servizio. Nel complesso la nostra esperienza, fino ad ora, può considerarsi molto buona. Assegniamo 4 stelle, auspicando di poter attribuire presto la quinta. After almost two years of our grandmother's stay in the facility, we believe that the service has reached an excellent level in recent months. Our relative is housed inside the Po nucleus: the rooms are very bright, welcoming and with attention to detail. We frequent the structure every day, several times a day and we can say that the atmosphere we breathe is very similar to that of our own home. The staff working in the residence, starting from the management, is extremely prepared and available. In the past there have been episodes of misunderstanding which, in some circumstances, have aroused nervousness, but the management's approach to improving the service must be emphasized. Overall our experience, up to now, can be considered very good. We assign 4 stars, hoping to be able to attribute the fifth soon.

Ci sono stati momenti difficili in cui è stato necessario confrontarsi con il personale per esaminare insieme le situazioni un po' complicate. Ma alla fine mi sento di affermare che la mia Mamma è stata seguita fino alla fine con attenzione e affetto; grazie quindi a tutti quelli che sono stati vicini a lei e a me in questi due anni. My mom has been a guest of this facility for two years and three months and I can say that the experience has been positive overall. There were difficult times when it was necessary to confront the staff to examine the somewhat complicated situations together. But in the end I feel like saying that my Mum was followed until the end with attention and affection; so thank you to everyone who has been close to you and me in these two years.
