Il personale è molto gentile e i prezzi sono ottimi. Ideale per un languorino notturno, consigliatissimo Great way to enjoy a croissant or a dolcino in the middle of the night. Volevo acquistare un sacchetto di brioche confezionato, ma in quanto attento alle questioni igieniche e certificato SAB, ho notato che le confezioni di brioche nn riportano l'etichettatura a norma di legge, impedendo al cliente di sapere da quanto tempo quei sacchetti siano lì. La commessa ha anche platealmente prelevato un sacchetto dal fondo e alla nostra richiesta di prendere quelle sul davanti ha detto che "lei deve fare così". Quando ho contestato che senza etichetta non intendo acquistare quel prodotto la commessa ha però ostinatamente sostenuto che le produzioni siano identiche e che "lei sa" e le etichette non sono necessarie, come invece la normativa indica e il cliente dovrebbe poter consultare (anche ad acquisto avvenuto). Inoltre ci è già capitato di acquistare prodotti evidentemente scaduti o non più freschi. A questo punto la segnalazione all'ASL è obbligatoria. Infatti non è stata la prima esperienza negativa. In passato ho acquistato paste ''fresche'' molto vecchie e croissant pregni di grasso che letteralmente colava ad ogni morso e assicuro che è stata un'esperienza nauseante. Ovviamente questi prodotti sono stati buttati perché immangiabili. Suggerisco inoltre di scegliere meglio il personale a contatto con il pubblico: la ragazza più giovane dovrebbe essere più educata e gentile con gli avventori del locale. Ho assistito a delle sue rispostine niente male nei confronti dei clienti. Con molto dispiacere non tornerò più.
