Al posto di tranquillizzare le persone le agitano spiegando ripetutamente gli effetti collaterali del vaccino e dicendo di comprare ghiaccio e tachipirina. Assurdo perché così si fomenta la voglia di non vaccinarsi. Uno schifo. Nn ci tornerò mai più. Spero che mi vaccinino da un altra parte. I was this morning and the rating is Zero. No confidentiality, nn competent and nn reassuring staff. Instead of reassuring people, they agitate them by repeatedly explaining the side effects of the vaccine and telling them to buy ice and tachipirina. Absurd because this foments the desire not to get vaccinated. It sucks. I won't ever go back. I hope they vaccinate me somewhere else.

I bambini non possono accompabare i genitori a fare il vaccino e devo attenderr da soli nella sala d'attesa; persino i bambini più piccoli di circa 2 anni non possono entrare. Il tutto sarebbe accettabile se non fosse che ci mettono 2 ore per farti il vaccino. Per di più alcune persone del personale non hanno pazienza e poco cordiali. Pessima atmosfera. Bad organization. Il personale(2/3 ), compresa l'infermiera che si occupava della vaccinazione in passiva attesa che una sola persona raccogliesse i dati dei singoli pazienti (soprassedendo sulla scarsa dinamicità dell'addetta); La raccolta delle informazioni non è avvenuta tramite la compilazione del modulo (quello che si scarica quando si prenota on line) ma a voce circondati da altre persone, privacy zero ! Dopo 45 minuti d'attesa avevamo ancora 7 persone davanti a noi in attesa di fare l'accettazione. Un ragazzo arrivato molto dopo è stato fatto passare davanti a tutti (inutile dire anziani con relativi accompagnatori al seguito) nonostante il parere contrario di tutti ed fatto che avessi fatto presente d'aver preso un permesso in ufficio. Conclusione ho portato via mio padre . Oggi fatto vaccino in Saint Bon nessuno è passato davanti agli altri le informazioni sono state acquisite sia dal modulo scaricato che a voce in un ambiente separato garantendo la privacy, nel giro di 45 minuti (attesa di 15 minuti post puntura compresa) abbiamo fatto tutto. Today, having been vaccinated in Saint Bon, no one passed in front of the others the information was acquired both from the downloaded form and verbally in a separate environment guaranteeing privacy, within 45 minutes (waiting 15 minutes post puncture included) we did everything.

Congratulations. Second time I go to get the vaccine and EVERYONE has been really professional and kind. Well done the director, well done everyone!

D	Drew Keith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs!! Came here today with my daughter for Covid-19 vaccination. A BIG MISTAKE! Compared to the Fiera (where my wife and I were vaccinated) and compared to Fabbrica del Vapore (where my other daughter was vaccinated this morning), the this place is terribly organised and clearly understaffed. Presumably they accepted to be an official vaccination site to make money — but is shameful that they haven’t made the necessary organisational changes required to make the process work. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Shame on you.
