★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente una ottima mozzarella di bufala campana a Milano! Ho provato la bufala e la bufala affumicata e sono entrambe ottime e fresche, consigliatissimo!!
 Finally an excellent buffalo mozzarella from Campania in Milan! I tried the buffalo and the smoked buffalo and they are both excellent and fresh, highly recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è stato un grosso calo della qualità nell'ultimo periodo a fronte di un aumento del prezzo. La mozzarella di bufala non è più mozzata a mano, ma a macchina, con il cambio di consistenza e sapore che ne deriva. Spero che ritornino sui proprio passi perché prima avevano un ottimo prodotto che consigliavo a tutti i miei conoscenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono (modestamente) un intenditore di mozzarella di bufala che ha vissuto per anni nella zona dei Mazzoni dove i caseifici sono innumerevoli visti i pascoli di bufale, e quando vedo recensioni negative INGIUSTIFICATE non posso fare a meno di rispondere: mi rivolgo a chi ritiene che la mozzatura a mano sia diversa da quella a macchina: ti posso assicurare che non cambia assolutamente niente ed aggiungo che La Contadina credo abbia raggiunto il top di qualità: mai ho mangiato una mozzarella più buona, unico neo è il prezzo che andrebbe rivisto perchè comunque esagerato, considerando il trasporto e tutto ciò che ne deriva non dovrebbe comunque superare i 14 € al Kg. visto che al Sud non supera i 12 €, così come gli altri prodotti in vendita. Se riuscissero a ritoccarli sarebbe il massimo!! La richiesta non manca ed a Milano purtroppo tutti ne approfittano per far lievitare i prezzi!! Fate un piccolo sforzo e raggiungerete le 6 stelle :)
I am (modestly) a buffalo mozzarella connoisseur who has lived for years in the Mazzoni area where the dairies are countless given the buffalo pastures, and when I see UNJUSTIFIED negative reviews I cannot help but answer: I turn to those who believe that the hand-cut is different from the machine-cut: I can assure you that absolutely nothing changes and I add that I think La Contadina has reached the top of quality: I have never eaten a better mozzarella, the only drawback is the price that should be revised because anyway exaggerated, considering the transport and all that derives from it, it should not exceed € 14 per kg. given that in the South it does not exceed € 12, as well as the other products on sale. If they could retouch them it would be the best !! There is no lack of demand and unfortunately everyone in Milan takes advantage of it to raise prices !! Make a little effort and you will reach 6 stars :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse qualche stella in più per la qualità delle mozzarelle ma un bel po' care, 18,50€ / kg. In precedenza prendevo spesso il pane perché ottimo e quasi economico (a meno di 4€), comprato martedì quello di grano duro oltre che carissimo (5,40€) era anche pessimo, sembrava vecchio
Maybe a few more stars for the quality of the mozzarella but quite expensive, € 18.50 / kg. Previously I often took bread because it was excellent and almost cheap (less than € 4), bought on Tuesday the durum wheat one as well as very expensive (€ 5.40) was also bad, it looked old
