C	Concetta Emilia Cacciapuoti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, mia mamma è stata in questa struttura sei mesi seguita con professionalità, umanità, il personale medico ed infermieristico si è prodigato in modo eccellente con lei ed anche con il resto degli ospiti, cercando di conservare il più possibile la loro dignità. Appena si entra alla reception sei accolta con educazione ed affabilità, ti senti subito a tuo agio, senti che il tuo caro che soggiorna è in buone mani, la direttrice una persona squisita, e la dottoressa altrettanto molto disponibile,. Nei vari reparti il personale molto disponibile e gentile, qualsiasi cura è somministrata "alla luce del sole", tutto è visibile, a pranzo e cena i parenti possono aiutare i propri cari se vogliono a mangiare, gli orari sono molto elastici. Purtroppo mia mamma è stata trasferita in un'altra struttura e si sta spegnendo nel giro di venti giorni ha avuto un declino incredibile, imbottita di neuroelettici, rifiuta cibo ed acqua, non c'è collaborazione non c'è niente!! Eppure da voi stava benissimo!! Ringrazio tutti voi e questa sia una testimonianza per coloro che devono inserire il proprio caro in una struttura e di guardare bene e valutare er il suo benessere. In the various departments the staff are very helpful and kind, any care is given "in the light of the sun", everything is visible, at lunch and dinner relatives can help their loved ones if they want to eat, the hours are very flexible. Unfortunately my mother was transferred to another facility and is going out within twenty days she had an incredible decline, filled with neuroelectrics, she refuses food and water, there is no collaboration there is nothing !! Yet from you he was fine !! I thank all of you and this is a testimony for those who have to put their loved one in a structure and to look good and evaluate their well-being. Thanks for everything.

Di questa struttura posso dire solo bene: la mia mamma è curata, coccolata e noi possiamo vederla sempre ed in qualsiasi momento (ovviamente questo prima del COVID) Adesso però la vediamo comunque in videochiamata praticamente tutti i giorni Il personale è molto preparato e sempre disponibile La consiglio a tutti. Serietà con alto senso di responsabilità, soprattutto in questi momenti difficili di COVID, sono la caratteristica principale della struttura senza mai dimenticare il tocco personale, umano ed educato di tutta la struttura. Tutte le attività sono gestite e coordinate in maniera impeccabile. I can only say that I have had many experiences with different health facilities and hospitals in general and this one by Anni Azzurri Sempione is an excellence. Seriousness with a high sense of responsibility, especially in these difficult moments of COVID, are the main feature of the structure without ever forgetting the personal, human and polite touch of the whole structure. Il contesto lockdown per Covid non ci ha reso facile questa ricerca e ci dovevamo fidare dei mezzi di informazione disponibili. Ad oggi, confermo che la scelta fatta, Anni azzurri Sempione, ci sta dando enorme conforto rispetto le aspettative. Vorrei sottolineare che è tutto vero quel che si visualizza nel video on line disponibile , la recensione allora letta nei giornali sulle misure adottate in contesto covid, e soprattutto sottolineare quel che non si vede on line, la straordinaria pazienza e disponibilità delle persone che ci lavorano per accudire i nostri cari. Pazienza e disponibilitá che ci ha dato fiducia fin dai momenti che raccoglievamo informazione, non sono state poche le telefonate che abbiamo fatto alla struttura per chiarire i nostri dubbi.
