★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato un tampone molecolare express (90 euro) e ci è stato garantito il risultato per la mattina successiva all'esecuzione. Una volta arrivati al laboratorio ci comunicano di riuscire in 48 ore lavorative. Avremmo dovuto saperlo prima!
 We booked an express molecular swab (90 euros) and we were guaranteed the result for the morning after the execution. Once they arrive at the laboratory, they tell us that they will succeed in 48 working hours. We should have known before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 22 dicembre abbiamo eseguito due tamponi, pagando il servizio "super fast" (150€ a tampone!) per avere l'esito entro 4 ore. Non ci sono mai arrivati i risultati e nonostante abbiamo ore e ore di chat con la clinica chiedendo spiegazioni nessuno ci ha mai dato una risposta oltre a "controllo con il laboratorio". Oggi, a 9 giorni da quando abbiamo effettuato il servizio, dopo svariate telefonate e email, stiamo ancora aspettando il rimborso del servizio MAI ESEGUITO.
On December 22nd we performed two swabs, paying for the "super fast" service (€ 150 per swab!) To get the result within 4 hours. We never received the results and despite having hours and hours of chat with the clinic asking for explanations, no one has ever given us an answer other than "checking with the laboratory". Today, 9 days after we made the service, after several phone calls and emails, we are still waiting for the refund of the NEVER PERFORMED service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace leggere recensioni negative, perché da settembre faccio da loro il molecolare ogni volta che ho un volo extraeuropeo da prendere e non mi hanno MAI deluso. Sempre molto gentile e disponibili. Non ho mai avuto problemi di comunicazione ne’ in caso di necessità, ne’ nelle tempistiche nel ricevere l’esito. Anzi l’ho sempre raccomandato ai miei amici. I am sorry to read negative reviews, because since September I have been doing the molecular with them every time I have an extra-European flight to take and they have NEVER disappointed me. Always very kind and helpful. I have never had communication problems either in case of need or in the timing of receiving the result. In fact, I have always recommended it to my friends. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Dopo aver fatto il tampone con risultato positivo non hanno segnalato all'ATS la positività con risultato che essendo guarito facendo il tampone con risultato negativo ho in mano un green pass di 48h invece di uno per guarigione da 6 mesi.
Ho chiamato il centro e dopo vari tentativi sono riuscito a parlare con una centralinista che si è finta d'aiuto dicendo che avrebbero controllato e mi avrebbe fatto sapere ....risultato nessuna risposta e se li chiami la linea cade sempre. I miei 80 € però se li sono presi.
NOT RECOMMENDED. After having done the swab with a positive result they did not report positivity to the ATS with the result that being cured by making the swab with a negative result I have a 48h green pass in my hand instead of one for healing for 6 months.
I called the center and after several attempts I managed to speak to a receptionist who pretended to help saying that they would check and would let me know .... no answer result and if you call them the line always drops. But they took my € 80.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sento di valutare un'esperienza che "non c'è stata" ma che mi è servita a conoscere la professionalità degli operatori di questo centro. Prenotata una prestazione in pochi minuti (ma con molta assistenza e disponibilità), ho dovuto successivamente annullarla per un cambio di programma. La simpatia e la gentilezza del personale però non sono state minimamente condizionate dal tempo che mi avevano dedicato gratuitamente e questa, per me, non è merce a buon mercato! Grazie Medikern

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PEGGIORE SERVIZIO! Non consiglio! Sono stati gentili ad avermi fatto fare il tampone all’ultimo minuto ( per questo metto due stelle)
Ma non rispondo MAI alle chiamate e EMAIL, il mio tampone non è MAI arrivato via email. Ho dovuto chiamare un numero in altro modo e sono riuscito ad avere il risultato, subito mi hanno detto che ero POSITIVO al Covid, poi hanno riferito di essersi sbagliati che era il tampone di una signora ed ero negativo. Sto aspettando copia della fattura mai arrivata. quasi 100 euro per un tampone …
WORST SERVICE! I do not recommend! They were kind to let me swab at the last minute (that's why I put two stars)
But I NEVER answer calls and EMAILs, my tampon NEVER arrived via email. I had to call a number in another way and I managed to get the result, they immediately told me that I was POSITIVE at Covid, then they reported that they were wrong that it was a lady's tampon and I was negative. I am waiting for a copy of the invoice that never arrived. almost 100 euros for a tampon ...
