Speriamo che ci sia maggiore attenzione nella scelta del personale addetto a tale mansione. Excellent structure for speed in the acceptance phase. A parte questo, ci tenevo a segnalare la poca affidabilità degli esami di laboratorio, per me il punto CDI city life sarebbe comodissimo per fare i prelievi ma dopo gravi errori commessi non ci torno più perché non mi fido, mi dispiace per la posizione favorevole che andrebbe a mio vantaggio. Ho eseguito esami ANA ed ENA (per malattie autoimmuni) -ENTRAMBI ricevuti SBAGLIATI-. Per fortuna l'occhio critico dell'immunologo non si è fidato, ho rifatto gli stessi esami (ANA ed ENA) la settimana dopo sia in auxologico che al San Raffaele, dove infatti questi ultimi sono usciti l'opposto di quelli del CDI, e tra le altre cose quelli effettuati successivamente negli altri centri erano così precisi che sia quelli effettuati in auxologico che San Raffaele avevano gli stessi valori positivi e i NUMERI degli ANA positivi erano identici da quanto erano precisi e veritieri. Trovo sia molto grave consegnare esami così importanti con valori totalmente sbagliati e l'opposto di quello che sono in realtà, potrebbe davvero portare grandi problemi di salute a chi come me si legge un bel "negativo" quando in realtà gli esami sono positivi, positività che assolutamente è rilevante per il quadro generale di diagnosi riguardanti malattie autoimmuni!! Ps; è molto grave anche -solo- considerando cosa comporta una positività di ANA in una donna che magari vorrebbe avere una gravidanza. Very unpleasant and rude welcome. Apart from this, I wanted to point out the lack of reliability of the laboratory tests, for me the CDI city life point would be very convenient for making the samples but after serious mistakes I don't go back because I don't trust it, I'm sorry for the favorable position that it would be to my advantage. I performed ANA and ENA tests (for autoimmune diseases) -BOTH received WRONG-. Fortunately, the critical eye of the immunologist was not trusted, I did the same exams (ANA and ENA) the following week both in auxologico and at San Raffaele, where in fact the latter came out the opposite of those of the CDI, and among other things, those carried out subsequently in the other centers were so precise that both those carried out in auxologico and San Raffaele had the same positive values and the NUMBERS of the positive ANAs were identical as far as they were precise and truthful. I find it very serious to deliver such important exams with totally wrong values and the opposite of what they actually are, it could really lead to major health problems for those like me who read a good "negative" when in reality the exams are positive, positivity which is absolutely relevant for the general diagnosis of autoimmune diseases !! Ps; it is also very serious - only - considering what a positivity of ANA entails in a woman who perhaps would like to become pregnant.

La tizia all'accettazione davvero antipatica e priva di ogni voglia di vivere. Quando le ho palesato il prezzo spropositato per un semplice esame (una Beta HCG al costo di 64€) lei mi ha invitato ad andarmene. al Centro Santagostino lo stesso esame costa 13,43€. Mi dice che non posso sfruttare il SSN a meno che non ci sia scritto che ho qualche patologia e che in Lombardia funziona cosi. Chiamo il cup e mi dice che assolutamente non è possibile una cosa del genere. Sono veramente allibita per tutto questo. The rude acceptance lady. I present myself with the electronic prescription from the doctor and as a written diagnosis: prevention procedure. He tells me that I cannot use the NHS unless it says that I have some pathology and that is how it works in Lombardy. I call the cup and it tells me that such a thing is absolutely not possible. I am truly appalled by all of this.
D	Dott. Viviana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono diversi anni che dentro la città di Milano mi avvalgo dei centri della C.D.I. per effettuare analisi e vari test, ma ultimamente la sede con Serv. Sanitario sito in City Life mi è più comoda e ho scoperto che diversamente dalla sede in cui andavo prima il personale e molto cordiale e gentile, la Sig.ra Elena ha una mano leggerissima che nemmeno senti che ti ha fatto i prelievi e la ragazza dei capelli ricci allo sportello oltre gentile e davvero simpatica.. e la sede che preferisco.. e consiglio a chi ancora non è mai andato.

I got a PCR test result in 10 hours, the report was in English and Italian language and they filled the document required from Japanese Government. Reliable to travel abroad. A big thanks to the nurse, she was very delicate and made me very relax.
Y	Yua Ying Hua Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just did an Express PCR test for travelling to Taiwan, every step of the service that I experienced are great. Received the result within 24 hours(I contact them as well ), even-though it was mixed with English and Italian on the paper, I called them to have a fully English version, the kind laboratory staff helped me to received it within an hour. Definitely super for who needs this report within 48 hours.
